Spirit Energy Services, LLC is expanding and looking for an experienced Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to lead sales, marketing, and team-building for our new industrial waste handling facility serving the Greater Pittsburgh, Weirton, and Akron-Canton areas.
This is a key leadership role responsible for launching and growing a new profit center offering comprehensive environmental services including:
- Field services including specialty vacs, roll-offs, filter bin management
- Industrial wastewater pretreatment
- Oil recycling
- Filter management and disposal
- Drum/oily debris handling (non-hazardous)
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead sales and marketing strategy for a new regional facility
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Identify new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Build lasting relationships with key industrial and energy clients
- Collaborate with operations to deliver excellent service
- Track performance, set goals, and drive revenue growth
- 7 years of industrial/environmental services sales experience
- Proven sales leadership and team-building skills
- Strong industry knowledge and customer network
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
