What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 1 Help Desk Technician position at Spirit Delivery?
The Tier 1 Help Desk Technician provides essential end user support over the phone, through remote management and in-person to internal staff. This includes the ability to assist with installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, including cabling, printers, computers, and other systems. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build and rebuild computers including the installation of operating system and software packages for PC deployment.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
