What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Administrator position at Spirit Delivery?
Spirit Logistics Network is looking for a motivated and responsible Claims admin. The position is responsible for claims processing and assisting customers to ensure resolution of any damages or complaints alone with carriers feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with claims resolution
- Carrier Commination Feedback.
- Perform data entry in company software programs; maintain database records and compile reports from database as needed.
- Fax/copy/scan/email/file documents.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Experience in Data Entry, Customer Service and/or Claims is a big plus! #ADM
