What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Perform inspections and accurately identify mechanical and maintenance concerns
- Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repairs efficiently and correctly
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Stay current with factory training, technology, and repair procedures
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity and performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- CDJR experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality repairs
