Spirit Celeste is a new ecommerce women’s premium luxury basic knit apparel line focused on USA-made production. We specialize in elevated essential tees and lounge wear: timeless, high-quality basics designed for comfort, longevity, and everyday luxury.
We’re looking for a Head of Ecommerce to own the day-to-day management and growth of the business online.
This role is perfect for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, manage site performance, plan drops, and drive revenue growth through smart merchandising and marketing execution.
Responsibilities
Ecommerce Shopify Management
· Manage the Shopify storefront day-to-day (homepage updates, product launches, collections, navigation)
· Optimize product pages for conversion (PDP layout, copy, imagery, bundles, upsells)
· Monitor site performance and customer experience (speed, checkout flow, app performance)
Merchandising Drop Planning
· Build and manage the drop calendar and launch timelines
· Coordinate product setup, pricing, and merchandising strategy
· Ensure each launch is executed smoothly across site marketing channels
Marketing Execution Growth
· Own the marketing calendar across email, SMS, promotions, and drops
· Coordinate with paid media partners or freelancers to drive acquisition
· Support influencer/affiliate efforts and campaign execution
· Track key metrics and continuously optimize performance
Reporting Performance
· Monitor weekly performance: conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV
· Report insights and recommendations for growth
· Forecast product needs and align with inventory/production timelines
Requirements
· 3 years experience in ecommerce (Shopify required)
· Strong understanding of merchandising, product launches, and apparel ecommerce
· Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, production, and fulfillment teams
· Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and decision-making ability
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines at once
· Hands-on executional attitude — you’re not afraid to log into Shopify and build
Bonus If You Have
· Experience with Klaviyo (email SMS)
· Experience managing paid media partners (Meta/Google/TikTok)
· Apparel / drop-based brand experience
· CRO / A/B testing experience
· Familiarity with Shopify apps (reviews, bundles, upsells, subscriptions)
