**Tired of the same old 9-to-5 job? Looking for something hands-on, challenging, and exciting? Do you enjoy working with your hands, building things, and seeing the finished product roll out the door?**Spirit Cars is growing, and we want YOU to join our team!** We’re looking for a **motivated, dependable Welder & Fabricator** to join our hot rod building team. We build everything from individual welded components to complete rolling chassis, and no two projects are exactly alike!
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:*** MIG and TIG welding* Grinding, cutting, and metal fabrication* Operating a ironworker and CNC plasma table* Using plasma cutters, lathes, chop saws, and ironworkers* Measuring and fabricating parts to specifications* Helping build custom hot rod components and chassis
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:*** Welding experience and the ability to lay down clean, quality welds* Strong attention to detail* Good work ethic and a dependable attitude* Someone who is motivated, takes initiative, and works well with a team* Willingness to learn, listen, and follow instructionsAutomotive mechanic or machinist experience is a **plus, but not required**. Our lead welder will provide training and guidance to help the right person succeed.
**PLEASE NOTE:** Heavy lifting is required. Applicants must have their own welding helmet and hand tools.
**PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE.
