Responsibilities
- Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts,sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronicinformation to manufacture to quality requirements, parts andassemblies.
- Setup and perform all manual assembly operations and related machinefunctions required to accomplish assignments.
- Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.
- Assemble and mate structural parts and assemblies by drilling,route, ream, countersink, spotface, counterbore and installing fastenersutilizing hand-powered tools
- Qualified candidate will need to successfully pass a skillsdemonstration.
- Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies orend items.
- Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets processand/or engineering specification. Identify discrepancies found perapplicable procedure.
- Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
- Perform work within allotted schedules.
- Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturingprocess by training and assisting employees at all classificationlevels.
