Summary Pay Range - First Level Manager (Level J): $72,150 - $110,650

Position Responsibilities
- Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one Materials Management and Transportation job family and applies independent, specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives
- Activities include, but are not limited to, the development, integration, implementation, and execution of multidisciplinary business processes
- Works cross-functionally within internal and external customers and suppliers and all employee levels to carry out responsibilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
- Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval
- Experience in a Lead or Management role
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Knowledge of managing 3PLs, shipping, warehousing, receiving, and internal logistic functions
- Project Management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience
- SAP experience
- Aerospace Manufacturing and/or Logistics & Warehouse Management background
