- Lead a team of managers and represented employees in business operations.
- Interact across all levels of the organization; effectively communicate to ensure efficient incorporation of manufacturing schedules, implement agreed upon changes; navigate difficult situations and conversations to a productive outcome.
- Develop KPIs as required to measure organizational performance.
- Lead team in developing solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
- Lead the organization’s budget and headcount performance.
- Lead process standardization, adherence to process & develop process governance for the organization as required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in a management position with direct reports
- 3 years of experience leading and implementing projects
- Experience in production support role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Strong emotional intelligence skills and professional presence to be able to work with company executives and customers
- Background with production systems
- Knowledge of aircraft products
- Master's degree
- 5 years of experience in a management role with direct reports, leading and implementing projects in a production facing environment, with a background in a production support function
- Experience & understanding of production systems
- Strong project management skills
- Deep understanding of value chain requirements
- Strong leadership and process skills
