Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Represents Company to internal and external customers by providing a world class customer service experience
- Includes but not limited to managing orders from placement, following order all the way through, returns, any other issues for the life of the order
- Works with all levels of leadership and cross functional team to secure product needs for customers
- Authority to access production systems for managing customer sales orders & suppliers through inventory systems
- Responsibilities require internal coordination of contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing
- Must be able to multitask under pressure
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Can handle different priorities through effective escalation
- Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
- Must be a team player and willingness to put the customer first
- Areas are limited to commercial and un-classified military
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 6 years of related experience
- SAP experience
- Experience with high visibility escalation paths
- Experience with manufacturing or processing
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with supply chain and/or logistics
- Previous customer service experience in aircraft or other manufacturing
