Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the company’s Advanced Leak Detection Program, including support of the emissions survey data collection process and assignment of survey areas.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of consistent operational and productivity metrics and program effectiveness measures related to ALDP that support the program’s strategic goals.
- Utilize the ESRI GIS mapping system and work management system in preparing documents and/or electronic files needed for ALDP surveys and periodic data reports.
- Support training of Field Operations and contractor personnel with ALDP work processes and applications as needed.
- Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting as needed, including technical support of affected Field Operations and contractor personnel.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of reporting and dashboards for Executive and Field Operations leadership.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for this dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, geography or related field, required.
- Valid driver's license, required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Maximo and GIS required; 3 years preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis and reporting required; 3 years preferred.
- Field Operations and leak survey experience, preferred.
- Normal Work Environment – Work is normally performed in a shared office environment.
- Typically, normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Minimal travel may be required.
