Job Details
Job Description: Hybrid role- 3 days in the office- Monday thru Wednesday. In the busy season may need to work later hours and weekends. Heavy hours from 9/25 through for 3 weeks. Needs flexibify.com.
Office Hours 9 AM to 5 PM
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
1) Perform compliance review and approval of revenue on low $ standalone orders and for assigned NA/Other regional orders
2) Assist in monthly and quarterly revenue close activities include reconciliations, Manual JEs, reporting
3) Bundle creation in SAP/RAR - linkage, assignment of SSP to tie back to Excel FV Analysis
- Additional Responsibilities
1) Audit support - Gather and provide documentation to Internal and External Auditors
2) Adhoc project/assignments as needed
- Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications)
1) Revenue Recognition experience - ASC 606 - Minimum 2-4 years
2) Deadline driven
3) Proficient/Advance Excel skills
4) Detail oriented and organized work deliverables
5) Good communication skills to coordinate the collection of deliverables
6) Need to be able to work longer QE hours
