-Hybrid 3 days a week in HQ
-3to5years exp in Firewalls domain knowledge
-Certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE. Cisco firewall experience WITH CCIE certificate. need to share a screen shot of the certificate and it will be submitted along with the resume
-Network engineers or Network Admins who have strong customer facing experience also works
-Ex-PAN are fine as long as they have fulfilled their cool-off period and have good recommend
-This is a POST-Sales role.
-Work with 6-7 customers which are high-touch; be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Be very confident. At least 5 accounts/customers. Influence to get customers buy more features and enhancements of the products that has been sold. There is a separate sales team.
-Recognizise alerts/cases with the customers and direct to correct team for action/resolution.

-Need to drive product adoption for NGFW
-Comfortable dealing with escalations, talking to various levels of teams and people bottom to top
