WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Please note this is a fully in person position - by meeting with customers in person, sales reps can better understand their needs and preferences, and tailor a sales approach accordingly. This can lead to stronger relationships and increased customer loyalty.*
We are looking for full time Sales Representatives that want to grow in a competitive work environment, are self motivated and driven, have strong communication skills, be a team player, and have a student mentality. While prior experience in customer service or sales will be beneficial, it is not required as we do provide training!
- No experience required, we are ready to train!
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Background check is required

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining professionalism while working residential leads and providing customer service
- Establish and retain client relations
- Managing territory
- Pitching AT&T’s services to customers
- Opening new accounts
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
- Answer questions that consumers have about services we are offering
- Team building and crew management
