Position Overview
As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating and executing marketing initiatives that showcase our projects, team, and services across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and being hands-on in the field capturing real project moments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, photos, videos, reels, and graphics.
- Capture onsite project photos/videos and attend company events for content creation.
- Engage with online communities, followers, and industry partners to strengthen brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with operations, support, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices.
- Track social media performance metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Position Details
- Pay: $30–$45 per hour
- Schedule: 10–15 hours per week
- Classification: 1099 Contract Position
- Location: Must be local
- Work Environment: Primarily remote with occasional onsite visits for project photography, events, and content capture
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.

- Basic experience with photo and video editing software.
