● Employ creative shooting techniques (slow-motion, transitions, in-camera effects,
timelapse, POV, etc.) to develop dynamic and engaging visuals.

● Collaborate with coaches, athletes and staff to plan and execute shoots that
reflect SPIRE’s brand identity and values.
Post-Production & Editing:
● Edit short- and long-form video for digital, social media, web, broadcast and
internal use.
● Customize edits for each platform, understanding how formats and pacing differ
between TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and traditional media.
● Add motion graphics, captions, sound design and animation where needed to
enhance storytelling and engagement.
● Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and technical specifications.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ideate, shoot and edit content designed for
specific audiences.
● Stay on top of current trends and platform best practices to ensure content feels
timely and relevant.
● Create content that encourages engagement by reflecting the energy and
aspirations of SPIRE’s student-athletes and culture.
Creative Development & Strategy:
● Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, helping develop original video
series and campaigns that elevate SPIRE’s brand narrative.
● Find stories within the SPIRE community and propose creative ways to bring
them to life.
● Balance brand consistency with experimentation to push the creative envelope
and test new formats and ideas.
Asset Management & Distribution:
● Maintain organized file structures, backing up footage and cataloging finished
pieces.
● Assist in publishing and scheduling video content across owned channels.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or other related training in media production, film, digital
content, or a related field.
● 2–4 years of video production experience, ideally with a focus on sports, youth
culture, or social-first content.
● Proven experience creating content specifically for digital/social media platforms.
● Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills—Premiere Pro, After Effects and
