Duties
- Utilize Qualia and Simplifile platforms to process and record legal instruments related to property transactions.
- Perform quality control reviews on all recordable instruments post-upload or submission for recording via provided URLs.
- Track recordings throughout the process, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Identify and correct any issues or errors in recordings before final submission.
- Accept returned recordings, review them for accuracy, and prepare them for turnover to the policy department.
- Ensure all recorded documents meet industry standards and comply with applicable regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and updates within the recording system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve recording issues efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in using Qualia and Simplifile software platforms for document processing and recording tasks.
