Summer Camp Counselor – Ed-venture Camp (Kennedale, TX)
Ed-venture Camp is a high-energy, state-licensed summer program looking for enthusiastic, dependable Camp Counselors to join our team! If you love working with kids, enjoy staying active, and want a job that’s actually fun, this could be the perfect fit.
Our counselors lead groups of children of varying ages in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. You’ll spend your days playing games, leading activities, and making a lasting impact on kids who can’t wait to come back week after week.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to our Kennedale location
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time or full-time (20–35 hours per week)
- Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)
- Shifts may vary between:
- 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Schedules are sent out week-to-week
- Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising and engaging a group of up to 15 campers
- Leading games, activities, and daily camp programming
- Supporting and guiding junior counselors
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers
- Assisting with daily cleaning and light administrative tasks
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with children
- Background in childcare, education, or customer service
