Spiral X, located in Fate, TX, is looking for an ideal candidate needing entry level Accounts Payable and Administrative work.
Opportunities include:
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Process P.O.’s and match to receivers.
- Provide payments to vendors on a timely basis.
- Research and correct any discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation as needed.
- Verify pricing listed in Database and QuickBooks for accuracy.
- Any other responsibilities given from the VP of Accounting and HR
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to learn and will to grow within the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
