To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to oversee facility upkeep across multiple regions in Texas.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for resolving facility-related issues submitted through the company’s ticketing system by store employees and District Managers. This is a travel-based role that requires strong organization and a proactive approach to prioritizing trips based on urgency and overall workload.
This position does not include direct washer or dryer repairs. Instead, the technician focuses on maintaining the facility and its supporting systems, while coordinating with external contractors for larger or specialized repair work.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $40,000 annually

- Performance Incentives: Up to $5,000 yearly
