Groundswell Brand Group is a Colorado-based, vertically integrated natural personal care company built around two established consumer brands: Spinster Sisters Co., a plant-based personal care line built over 14 years and B Corp-certified, and Old Salt Grooming Supply, a plastic-free, B Corp-certified men's grooming brand. Both are formulated and manufactured in-house in Golden, Colorado, with a standing commitment to plastic-free, ocean-friendly packaging and ingredients across the portfolio.
About the Role
We're looking for a self-driven, relationship-oriented sales representative to grow our wholesale footprint across Colorado. You'll open new retail accounts for both Spinster Sisters Co. and Old Salt Grooming Supply — natural grocers, spas and salons, boutiques, gift shops, and specialty retailers — and manage those relationships as they grow. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role, well suited to an established rep with existing retail buyer relationships in natural products, wellness, beauty, or gift.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and pitch new wholesale accounts across Colorado for both brands
- Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers; negotiate opening orders and reorders
- Represent the brands at buyer events, and in-store demos
- Follow through relentlessly on quotes, orders, reorders, and account service
- Track pipeline and account activity, and report regularly on territory performance
- Relay retailer and market feedback to our product and marketing teams
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of wholesale, B2B, or outside sales experience — ideally in natural products, personal care, beauty, grooming, or specialty retail
- Existing relationships with Colorado retail buyers strongly preferred
- Self-directed and organized — comfortable running your own calendar and territory
- Strong communicator who can speak knowledgeably about clean-label formulation and sustainable, plastic-free packaging
- Curious about product and trend — you notice what's selling and why
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation
