Spins Hudson is the largest entertainment venue on the Hudson. This is 40,000 square feet of intense adventure, including an aerial ropes course, axe throwing, a two-story laser tag arena, and more! A unique destination overlooking the scenic Charles Point Marina offers exceptional dining, event space, and a satellite brewery.

We are all about cultivating a unique blend of experiences in one space for young and old, featuring a state-of-the-art arcade, laser tag, axe throwing, and indoor and outdoor ropes course, nestled in between a fantastic microbrewery and award-winning restaurant, all inside Factoria. Located right on the Marina, this is a breathtaking and busy flagship location.

About the Role:
As a Guest Services Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our venue, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Your role will involve working across multiple areas, including:

• Welcome and assist guests with questions and purchases.
• Operate and supervise Axe Throwing, Ropes Course, and Laser Tag, ensuring all safety rules are followed.
• Provide safety briefings and equipment checks.
• Monitor guest activity and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform end-of-day cleaning: sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, tidying guest areas, and completing closing checklists.

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy working with guests of all ages in a fun, fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Confident enforcing safety rules; stays calm and responsive to guest needs.
• Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player.
• Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for the full shift; comfortable with heights; frequent/extended climbing and occasional jumping.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
