Bowling Counter Attendant

We are Spins Bowl Sterling Heights in Sterling Heights, MI. We are seeking a Counter Attendants for our bowling and entertainment center.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about available lanes, rates, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Monitor and assign bowling lanes based on customer preferences and availability.
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Basic math skills for calculating game costs and processing payments.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be outgoing and dependable.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Start Date Needed: Immediately

Rate of pay: Starting at $14
