Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, fast-paced, healthy environment.

Solid computer and typing skills are critical.
Full time:
Monday-Thursday 9:15 am-1:00pm and 2:45pm to 6:30pm
Friday & Saturday 8:45am to 1:00pm
Main Job Responsibilities
- Answer the phone to take new patient information and answer questions
- Financial transactions and entering statistics online
- Greet practice members entering the office
- Direct patient flow to providers
- General administrative and clerical support
- Calling contacts to set up marketing events
- Organize doctor's schedule
- Maintain a neat reception area and front office
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
-1 to 2 year of experience in working in the medical field
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of computers and Windows-based software
