Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Tenant Coordinator / Project Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating tenant-related construction projects, assisting with lease administration, supporting tenants through the build-out process, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, acting as the liaison between tenants and the company, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Experience with Tenant Coordination and Lease Administration
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred.
