Network Program Manager

Contract to Hire
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
· Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience managing large-scale Federal network and IT operations programs involving complex, interrelated projects.
· Demonstrated experience managing multi-site contract teams supporting mission-critical systems and services for a large Federal agency.
· Proven success in cost, schedule, and performance management across multi-year task orders or indefinite delivery contracts.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior government officials and stakeholders.
· U.S. Citizenship required (for access to CBP systems and facilities).
Highly Desired Qualifications:
· Professional Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3 or higher)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
· Demonstrated knowledge of Federal acquisition processes, IT compliance frameworks (e.g.,
· FISMA, NIST 800-53, TIC 3.0), and network security best practices.
· Prior experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or CBP programs is highly
· preferred.
· Experience with network modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise infrastructure
· transformation initiatives.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 per hour
