Job Title: Retail Operations & Drone Loading Associate – T2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Operations & Drone Loading Associate to support day-to-day site operations, customer order readiness, inventory coordination, and drone/aircraft loading activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily retail and site operations to ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch
- Verify, weigh, label, and organize customer packages
- Coordinate package staging, dispatch readiness, and drone/aircraft pickup activities
- Transport packages to designated launch or pickup areas and assist with safe loading
- Support drone delivery operations by following established loading and operational procedures
- Perform routine inventory checks, audits, and basic operational recordkeeping
- Monitor order flow and promptly report discrepancies, delays, or operational concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist customers as needed and provide professional customer service
- Utilize prior retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or operations experience to support overall site performance
Requirements:
- Prior retail, operations, fulfillment, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small operations team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Basic inventory and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages as required
- Comfortable working around drone/aircraft delivery operations and loading areas
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
