Engineering Technician
Foster City, California
Long Contract
- Support development of electronic hardware for automotive applications.
- Provide rapid prototyping and low‑volume hardware assembly.
- Enable quick design iterations for product development.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years in electro‑mechanical assembly required.
- Technical training in soldering, trade school, or OJT preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and data entry.
- Skilled in assembly tools: cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, torque tools.
- Hands‑on lab experience with soldering, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators.
- Knowledge of IPC‑610, IPC‑620, or JSTD‑10 standards; strong English communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
