Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the community
- Monitoring and maintaining sprinkler system effectiveness
- Replacing sprinkler heads as needed
- Light pruning and landscape care
- Keeping the pool area clean and tidy
- Replacing plants when necessary
- Performing general light maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to use standard hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Dependable, with attention to detail and pride in workmanship
