Cable/Wire Harness Assemblers
- Build cable and wire harness assemblies to customer specifications
- Read prints, BOMs, process sheets, and wire termination documentation
- Perform wire preparation, termination, labeling, and soldering operations
Electro-Mechanical Assemblers
- Assemble electrical and mechanical products from drawings and work instructions
- Install components, hardware, wiring, and subassemblies
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and final assembly operations
PCB / Hand Soldering Technicians
- Assemble through-hole circuit boards to IPC and customer requirements
- Perform component insertion, lead forming, and hand soldering
- Ensure workmanship meets quality and production standards
Surface Mount (SMT) Technicians
- Set up, operate, and program SMT production equipment
- Run Yamaha pick-and-place machines and related SMT equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment and optimize production performance
Quality Control Inspectors
- Inspect electronic assemblies, cables, and finished products
- Perform first article inspections and verify compliance to specifications
- Use measuring tools, test fixtures, and inspection equipment
