Surgical Neurophysiologist

SpineSearch is seeking 2–3 Neurophysiologic Monitoring Technologists to support a growing Neuromonitoring company with a strong focus on spine cases in the Deston/Fort Walton Beach area. CNIM-certified or formally trained candidates are preferred, but we are also open to training local candidates who demonstrate strong interest and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring with a heavy emphasis on spine procedures
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure safe and effective monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high clinical and safety standards
• Support a fast-paced surgical schedule with reliability and professionalism

Qualifications:

• CNIM certification or in-process preferred
• Prior IONM or OR experience is a plus
• Willingness to train if local and highly motivated
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented surgical environment
