What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgical Neurophysiologist position at SpineSearch LLC?
SpineSearch is seeking 2–3 Neurophysiologic Monitoring Technologists to support a growing Neuromonitoring company with a strong focus on spine cases in the Deston/Fort Walton Beach area. CNIM-certified or formally trained candidates are preferred, but we are also open to training local candidates who demonstrate strong interest and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring with a heavy emphasis on spine procedures
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure safe and effective monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high clinical and safety standards
- Support a fast-paced surgical schedule with reliability and professionalism
Qualifications:
- CNIM certification or in-process preferred
- Prior IONM or OR experience is a plus
- Willingness to train if local and highly motivated
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented surgical environment
