SpineSearch is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a leading and rapidly expanding orthopedic group in New Jersey. This practice is known for its comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal care, including sports medicine, pain management, minimally invasive procedures, and robotic joint replacement. The multidisciplinary team includes over 50 board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians across Orthopedics, Physiatry, Podiatry, Pain Management, and Primary Care Sports Medicine.

Ideal Candidate
- Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active New Jersey license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior orthopedic experience strongly preferred (sports medicine, spine, or general ortho)
- Confident working independently while maintaining strong communication with supervising physicians
- Excellent clinical judgment, organizational skills, and patient rapport
Salary : $105,000 - $130,000
