SpineSearch is seeking motivated Medical Assistants to support our outpatient providers in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 1–2 providers by managing two patient rooms at a time
- Prepare patients for exams, including vital signs and intake
- Assist providers with clinical tasks, documentation, and workflow
- “Tee up” charts for providers, similar to a scribe role:
- Help with note preparation
- Enter and pend orders
- Ensure charts are up-to-date
- Provide general clinical support to physicians, APPs, and care teams
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with staff and providers
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support outpatient operations
Requirements
- Medical Assistant experience preferred; certification not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, provider-focused environment
- Ability to work across two outpatient office locations as needed
Salary : $23 - $26
