SpineSearch is partnering with a concierge surgical practice seeking an experienced LPN to join their team. An experienced Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) will also be considered.

Responsibilities include:
• Patient intake, coordination, and EHR management
• Medication requests, prior authorizations, and pharmacy communication
• Phlebotomy and specimen processing
• Assisting with in-office surgical procedures, including cystoscopy, biopsy, and vasectomy
• Instrument sterilization and maintaining clinical supplies
• Coordinating medical clearances and perioperative paperwork
• Supporting surgical scheduling and communication with hospital and laboratory teams
• Providing hands-on support throughout the patient’s surgical journey
Qualifications:
• NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR nationally certified Medical Assistant
• Clinical experience in a medical or surgical setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
