What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Education Program Coordinator position at Spineology Inc.?
The Medical Education Program Coordinator is a critical internal and external customer interacting position responsible for assisting with the coordination of onsite and offsite sales, marketing and physician educational programs for Spineology’s spinal implant technologies.
· Assist with the coordination of logistics for sales, marketing, physician training, and education events, including venue sourcing, AV needs, housing, and F&B.
· Support communication efforts with internal employees, sales teams, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
· Assist with processing HCP invoices, consulting payments, and related documentation.
· Facilitate the assembly and distribution of marketing and training resources (folders, demos, tradeshow kits, and models) by working with vendors and internal teams.
· Organize the shipment of demos, tradeshow kits, and lab materials and special requests.
· Assist in updating physician and surgeon presentations, including gathering case studies and coordinating with faculty.
· Provide coordination support for physician education initiatives such as Therapy Education Programs, surgeon webinars, case observations, podium presentations, and promotional event opportunities.
· Support field sales training through logistics coordination, content updates, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
· Provide concierge and on-site support for physician labs, trainings, and events.
· Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, marketing, health sciences or related field.
· 1 years in event coordination capacity.
· 1 years of medical education related experience (preferred)
· Some clinical experience preferred or the desire to learn required clinical skills to assist onsite with trainings
· High level of interpersonal, written, oral communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently.
· Customer service oriented.
· Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
· Flexible schedule available with 2-3 days in office (St. Paul, MN)
· Pay range for this position $80,000 to $120,000.
· Hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office per week).
