FULL-TIME CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT / FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Full-Time or Part-Time | 40–43 Hours | 4 Days Per Week
SPINEOLOGY Chiropractic is a fast-paced, high-volume chiropractic office looking for an upbeat, dependable, health-oriented team member who is excited to grow with us long-term.
This is not a “sit behind the desk all day” position. We are looking for someone who thrives in an energetic environment, enjoys connecting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
Our office culture is positive, team-oriented, professional, and growth-focused. We are looking for someone who wants more than “just a job” — someone who truly wants to become part of a team and continue learning and developing within the healthcare field.
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Lunch typically from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 4-day work week
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and scheduling patients
- Taking payments and managing front desk flow
- Faxing and handling incoming records/documents
- New patient intake and paperwork
- Rooming patients and assisting with patient flow
- Performing patient scans and measurements
- Accurately document patient information for insurance and legal cases
- Assisting with therapies including shockwave, laser, and traction
- Taking blood pressure and assisting with X-rays
- Educating patients on supplements and wellness products
- Becoming knowledgeable about SPINEOLOGY systems, services, and patient care approach
