What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy?
Location: 431 N. Escondido Blvd. Escondido, CA 92025
Patient Volume: 12-13 per day
Duties & Responsibilitie
- sConduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals
- .Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities
- .Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need
- .Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- .Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- .Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques
- .Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- .Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- .Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate
- .Meet the needs of having patients execute Plan of Care and (but not limited) following up with patients if noncompliance occurs
- .Be a team player to utilize nonclinical staff to support needs of the caseload
- .Delegate and use a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) when applicable
- .Participate in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision
- .Adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns
- .Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- .Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals
.Skills & Qualification
- sValid state licensure as a Physical Therapis
- tDoctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited progra
- mCPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulation
- sStrong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
