Front Desk/M.A.Position for our Orlando, FL office location. Bi-lingual Spanish/English.
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM TO 7PM LUNCH DAILY 1 TO 3PM
We are a multi discipline clinic ( Chiropractic, Orthopedic Surgeon) practice with 8 locations.
We have been helping people with wellness and pain for over 20 years and we need a full-time team member in our locations. Every member of our team plays an integral part in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible.

SPINE & INJURY ASSOCIATES, is an established, fast-paced chiropractic and injury care clinic in Florida specializing in auto accident, PIP (Personal Injury Protection), and therapeutic care. We are dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients and support for our local community.
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, high-energy, and organized Front Desk Coordinator/Case Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires managing administrative duties, maintaining a smooth patient flow, and coordinating care between patients, attorneys, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, check them in/out, and provide a positive, welcoming environment.
- Front Desk Administration: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, manage patient scheduling, and maintain a clean reception area.
- Personal Injury Case Management: Coordinate with attorneys, insurance carriers, and patients regarding case documentation, treatment plans, and records requests.
- Insurance/Billing: Verify patient coverage, collect co-pays/deductibles, and assist the billing department with PI claim documentation (PIP).
- Clinical Support: Assist chiropractors with therapies, patient intake, and maintaining patient charts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a chiropractic, personal injury, or medical office setting is preferred.
- PI Knowledge: Understanding of PIP, insurance verification, and attorney demand letters is a major plus.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in EMR/computers, and excellent communication skills.
- Personality: Professional, reliable, empathetic, and team-oriented.
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Qualified candidates will have:
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of out-of-network and Medicare billing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
