Chiropractic Assistant - Split Clinical and Marketing-Focused Position

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities Clerical & Clinical Duties (50%)

• Welcome patients and manage efficient check-in/check-out processes
• Set up and monitor patients on decompression therapy equipment
• Perform Softwave and Shockwave therapies and other therapeutic modalities
• Assist chiropractor during patient assessments and treatments
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and wellness strategies
• Conduct patient follow-up communications

Marketing & Business Development (50%)

• Actively contact and convert leads from our CRM system during downtime
• Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments with prospective patients
• Support practice marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
• Assist with social media content and patient testimonial collection
• Help maintain our online presence and patient review management

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience
• Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed

• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy
• Marketing, sales, or customer relations experience
• Certification in decompression therapy (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with patient scheduling systems
• Social media and digital marketing familiarity
