Key Responsibilities Clerical & Clinical Duties (50%)
- Welcome patients and manage efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Set up and monitor patients on decompression therapy equipment
- Perform Softwave and Shockwave therapies and other therapeutic modalities
- Assist chiropractor during patient assessments and treatments
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, and wellness strategies
- Conduct patient follow-up communications
Marketing & Business Development (50%)
- Actively contact and convert leads from our CRM system during downtime
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments with prospective patients
- Support practice marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Assist with social media content and patient testimonial collection
- Help maintain our online presence and patient review management
General Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience
- Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed
