Spine Colorado, PC
Durango, CO Full Time
POSTED ON 5/2/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/1/2026

Spine Colorado is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE), employed Interventional Physiatrist to join our growing, physician-owned and led organization. We are the regional leader in comprehensive spine care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered treatment across the full continuum of spine and musculoskeletal conditions.

Nestled in a stunning mountain community, this opportunity offers the rare combination of an enviable lifestyle and a thriving, high-demand practice. You'll enjoy guaranteed compensation from day one, with exceptional earning potential as you grow into a patient base that's already here waiting for you.

Our interventional team has been booked out 6 weeks for over a year — a testament to the incredible existing patient base at our practice - you'll step into a practice that's primed for growth, not built from scratch.

If you've been searching for the perfect balance of mountain living and a rewarding, high-volume career, this is it.

Spine Colorado offers a highly collaborative, multispecialty environment with deep, established partnerships across the region, including:

  • A physician-aligned and partnered Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
  • A joint venture Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF)
  • The area’s busiest hospital system, where our providers are deeply embedded in spine care delivery

We are also in an exciting phase of growth, including the development of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Medical Office Building, scheduled for completion in approximately one year. This facility will further expand our ability to deliver coordinated, efficient, and patient-focused spine care.
