Spine & Sports Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice built around a simple model: one therapist, one patient, with up to 60 minutes of individualized care.
Our therapists typically see only 6–8 patients per day, and patients generally remain with the same therapist throughout their plan of care. This allows you to evaluate problems thoroughly, think clinically, develop meaningful patient relationships, and provide the type of physical therapy you were trained to provide.
After more than 10 years serving the Austin area, our clinic continues to grow. We currently have strong patient demand and are looking for another Physical Therapist to help us expand access while maintaining our 1-on-1 treatment model.
This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to increase hours and potentially transition to full-time based on mutual fit and scheduling needs.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat a primarily outpatient orthopedic caseload
- Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide movement-based rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, referring providers, and other members of the clinical team
- Maintain compliance with Texas PT regulations and HIPAA requirements
We're Looking For
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics
- Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to develop strong rapport with patients
- Reliable and detail-oriented approach to patient care and documentation
- Manual therapy and/or McKenzie training is a plus
- CPR certification preferred
Experienced orthopedic therapists are encouraged to apply, but we are also open to a motivated newer graduate who is a strong fit for our treatment philosophy.
Schedule
Part-time to start: approximately 15–25 hours/week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your schedule develops.
Work location: In person – Northwest Austin
