Clinic Director – Full-Time
Location: Rancho Mirage (Mission Hills Country Club) (35023 Mission Hills Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA 92270)
Salary Range: Starting salary at $95,000 up to $110,000 plus monthly incentive to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.
Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists interested in management to join our growing company in Poway, CA as a Clinic Director! Physical Therapists who have been practicing for at least 2 years and have some management experience are encouraged to apply!

Position Summary:
- Manage and oversee clinic and staff.
- Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
- Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
- Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:
- California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
- 2 years of clinical outpatient physical therapy experience
- Preferred management experience
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
