Position Summary
The Dental Assistant will work closely with the dentist and team members to ensure efficient clinical operations and high-quality patient care. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and enjoys working in a close-knit practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control standards.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Take radiographs
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout appointments.
- Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Manage inventory and stock clinical supplies as needed.
- Perform chairside assisting duties efficiently and professionally.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient service.
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification or registration as required by state regulations.
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but motivated new graduates may be considered.
- Current radiology certification
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
