You’ll be responsible for the daily preparation and execution of all food items at the hot station while assisting other areas of the kitchen as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Restock all items and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift.
• Adhere to all Spinato’s recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Follow all proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department.
• Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat, cold, and water.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency.
• Prior line cook or sauté experience preferred but not required.
