SFK - Pastry/Prep Cook

Our SFK Production Team plays a vital role in supporting all Spinato’s locations by preparing scratch items and handcrafted desserts for all Spinato's locations. 

We are looking for dependable, motivated team members who are passionate about quality food, teamwork, and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives while working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 40 scratch items for our 8 locations
• Assist with pastry and dessert preparation
• Prep ingredients and maintain kitchen organization
• Follow recipes and food safety standards
• Support bakers and kitchen staff as needed
• Keep workstation clean and stocked

Qualifications & Skills:

• Kitchen or bakery experience preferred
• Ability to work early in the morning – 6:30am to 2:00pm
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliable
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Current Food Handler Certification required
