What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gilbert - Server position at SPINATOS PIZZA INTERNATIONAL INC?
We call our servers Extraordinary Service Providers (ESP's) because that is what we do: deliver exceptional food and service for our community to build memories. A sense of urgency, friendly outgoing demeanor, professionalism, and a positive attitude are all necessary qualities that we look for in our ESP's. We do high volumes of business so you must be able to handle 5-7 table sections and maintain a calm and collected presence at all times. We have high standards for guest service and always aim to go above and beyond to set ourselves apart from the rest. Qualifications:We are currently hiring only part time, but there is always the opportunity for full time in the future. At least 6 months of serving experience required.
Requirements:
- Must have a current food handler’s card/certificate
- Must have AZ Alcohol Certification
- Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility
- Must have at least 6 months of serving experience
- Must have open weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) and at least 2-3 days during the week
- lift up to 50lbs.
