Spinal Simplicity is hiring for the next Marketing Associate who is highly creative, technically skilled, and field-driven to support the execution of multimedia, digital marketing, and commercial marketing initiatives across the organization. This Marketing Associate is responsible for transforming real-world customer interactions, physician education, product launches, and field events into premium commercial marketing assets that strengthen brand credibility, support physician adoption, and elevate the company’s market presence.

What You Will be Doing:

• Own video and photography production and multimedia storytelling for product launches, physician education, brand initiatives, podcasts, social media, and commercial initiatives.
• Own professional video editing and post-production, including promotional content, physician interviews, social media content, podcast segments, and other digital media assets.
• Own day-to-day social media execution, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
• Own podcast production from recording and editing through branded asset creation and publishing support.
• Own multimedia support for conferences, trainings, society meetings, physician events, and commercial initiatives, including on-site video and photography capture as needed.
• Own multimedia asset library management, including photography, raw footage, edited files, podcast assets, motion graphics, templates, and archives.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing execution and fulfillment, including field marketing requests, marketing material orders, Showpad updates, Vistaprint portal management, in-house printing, and trade show materials.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, physician education initiatives, email marketing, presentations, and other digital marketing projects.
• Bottom Line: Video, Photography, Podcast, Social Media, and Marketing Coordination. Animation and motion graphics experience is a plus; this role may also coordinate outside resources as needed.
• Core Responsibilities:
• Film, photograph, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content for marketing and educational initiatives.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling across video, photography, podcasts, social media, and digital platforms.
• Develop, schedule, publish, and monitor content across company social media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate recording schedules, physician interviews, photography, shot lists, production timelines, and social media content calendars.
• Produce polished short-form and long-form multimedia assets for commercial deployment across social, digital, email, education, and sales channels.
• Support animation and motion graphics development for educational and promotional content, either directly or through coordination with internal and external resources.
• Manage multimedia production equipment and technical workflows.
• Coordinate field marketing requests, including customization of approved marketing materials and fulfillment of marketing collateral needs.
• Support day-to-day management of marketing platforms and resources, including Showpad, Vistaprint, marketing materials, in-house printing, and trade show marketing orders.
• Support email marketing execution, presentations, conference materials, digital assets, and other commercial marketing needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Education, Product Marketing, Sales, and Physician Engagement teams to support campaigns, product launches, physician education, and commercial initiatives.
• Travel approximately 25% to conferences, physician meetings, trainings, and company events for video, photography, content capture, and marketing support.
• Maintain organized multimedia and marketing asset libraries and help ensure current, approved materials are easily accessible to internal teams.
• Ensure consistent, premium visual representation of the brand across multimedia, digital, social media, and other marketing content.

Requirements to be Successful in This Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Production, Animation, Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of multimedia production, videography, editing, digital marketing, or branded content experience.
• Demonstrated experience shooting and editing professional video content.
• Experience managing business social media platforms and digital content preferred.
• Podcast production experience preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation support preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing platforms.
• Experience with professional lighting, audio capture, and interview setup.
• Strong creative eye for storytelling, pacing, visual communication, and social media content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple multimedia and marketing projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal confidence working with physicians, customers, executives, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and organized
• Medical device, healthcare, or B2B experience preferred.
• This position requires driving a personal vehicle or a rented vehicle on behalf of the company; therefore, all Company team members must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in their state of residence.
• Ability to travel overnight and for extended periods of time, approximately 25%, both domestically and from time to time internationally.

Here are some of the physical requirements for this role:

• Regularly required to work within an office environment, with extended periods of time working on a computer.
• Required to operate standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner, cameras, lighting, audio equipment, etc.).
• Only occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
