Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to personal injury, commercial contracts, negligence, RICO, antitrust law. This role requires exceptional legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively.
Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their interests effectively.
- Provide legal advice on matters related to personal injury law, commercial contract law and respond to the higher management.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Prepare case summaries and reports for internal use and client communication.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, medical malpractice, RICO, antitrust litigation.
- Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to litigate effectively in various legal settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
