Job Description
As a Spin City Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of our laundromats. You'll assist self-serve customers, resolve minor machine issues, and take in wash–dry–fold orders with accuracy and care. You'll also help keep the store and machines clean, handle ironing duties, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Shifts typically run from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, though schedules may vary. Candidates must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and weekdays, and must be able to travel between our Alachua County locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist self-serve customers
- Resolve washer/dryer issues as needed
- Accurately process wash–dry–fold orders
- Maintain cleanliness of store and equipment
- Perform ironing duties
- Ensure customers have an exceptional experience
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to iron
- Customer-friendly attitude and neat, professional appearance
- Comfortable working independently as the sole employee on shift
- Smoking is not permitted on-site during work hours
